Zero Supplemental Terms

These Zero Supplemental Terms govern access to the Zero offering and to Zero identity and access management services. They supplement the Dckrd Terms of Service at /terms.

In these supplemental terms, Zero means the Zero services, systems, interfaces, and related identity and access management features made available by Dckrd. If these supplemental terms conflict with the general Terms of Service for Zero-specific use, these supplemental terms control for that use.

Access to Zero requires acceptance of these supplemental terms in full. If you use Zero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Dckrd may update these supplemental terms. Where a change materially affects Zero use, Dckrd will aim to provide electronic notice at least seven business days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Dckrd will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to Zero, subject to service availability, operational limits, security needs, and your compliance with these supplemental terms, the general Terms of Service, and any other applicable agreement.

Zero may include free features, paid features, beta features, intranet services, identity services, storage, API access, organization tools, and other service capabilities described in the product interface or applicable order terms.

Zero is not designed to require sensitive data for ordinary account and access management. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, confidential, third-party, or special category personal data unless you have authority to do so and the relevant Zero feature is appropriate for that data.

You are responsible for access controls, permissions, lawful basis, redaction, minimization, and professional review for any sensitive records you submit to Zero.

Dckrd may suspend, restrict, rate-limit, or terminate access to Zero when Dckrd reasonably believes the use creates risk for other users, Dckrd, infrastructure, service quality, security, or legal compliance.

You may not use Zero in a way that violates an agreement with Dckrd, violates applicable law, disrupts the services, bypasses technical controls, harms other users, or degrades service quality.

Dckrd may limit, disable, remove, throttle, queue, or otherwise manage access to Zero to preserve server health, network stability, service continuity, and fair access for users.

If demand, usage patterns, incidents, or infrastructure constraints are too high, Dckrd may limit requests, reduce simultaneous access, disable features, or restrict access to servers and systems to prevent overload and maintain core service operation.

A user or organization may receive a lower number of simultaneous requests, lower throughput, reduced storage access, or other technical limits when needed to manage load, security, abuse, billing, or operational risk.

Some Zero services may be marked or treated as intranet services. Intranet services require access to Dckrd internal network infrastructure and are reserved for internal Dckrd use unless Dckrd expressly authorizes otherwise.

Intranet services are generally limited to users who are Dckrd members or personnel and who use an identifier ending in @dckrd.com. Access to intranet services creates additional responsibility for the user, including protecting credentials, devices, sessions, and network access within the permissions granted.

Dckrd may revoke, rotate, restrict, or audit intranet access at any time for security, operational, legal, or personnel reasons.

Some Zero features may be additional paid services. These may include, for example, increased storage above the free allocation, higher usage limits, advanced organization features, or other service improvements.

Paid features may be subject to a Service Usage Fee, or SUF, which is a variable fee charged when a user or organization purchases or uses features outside the base free offering.

Dckrd may issue electronic invoices for Zero usage. Dckrd may consolidate multiple transactions occurring during a rolling seven-business-day period into a single invoice or charge, where permitted by law and payment-provider rules.

Dckrd may charge several payments related to the same invoice in a single banking operation, or may charge separate operations even when several invoices are issued during the same rolling seven-business-day period.

Unless a checkout flow, order form, or written agreement states otherwise, a user or organization using only free Zero services may receive an invoice showing 0.00 EUR including tax for the relevant billing period. A user or organization using paid Zero services may be charged the net total of applicable Service Usage Fees according to the pricing in effect at the time of use.

You may dispute an invoice that contains a pricing error or an error in measured usage for the relevant billing period. Dckrd may require reasonable information to review the dispute.

Pricing pages, product interfaces, order forms, or written agreements may provide more specific payment, tax, refund, cancellation, and dispute terms.
